We leave public two software packages that implement compressed suffix trees. The first is by Cánovas and Navarro (described in a SEA 2010 paper) and is intended for general text collections. The second is by Abeliuk and Navarro (described in a SPIRE 2012 paper) and is intended for repetitive text collections. Download
